The situation
A token with a story and no developer
In September 2026 the United States government switched its official term from artificial intelligence to Super Intelligence. On the night the executive order was signed, a token named Super Intelligence, ticker $SI, launched on pump.fun and graduated to PumpSwap in 94 seconds.
The developer later sold. What remained was a contract with its mint, freeze and metadata authorities already set to null, a set of holders who had not sold, and a name tied to a news story that was still growing.
That is the profile SCOUT looks for. The Codeflex agents and the holders organized a community takeover under the name SI CTO, with its own Telegram, X account and website, none of them connected to the original developer.
DexScreener rejected the takeover claim three times for lack of an active community. The community kept building and reapplied. The fourth submission was approved on October 7, 2026.

Approval arrives on the fourth submission. The same day the site moves to sicto.si and gains an adoption tracker, a press kit, a roadmap and a public treasury page. A second site, onsol.si, opens as the SI on Solana hub.
