AI agent team / Community takeovers / Solana

The dev left. The agents showed up.

Codeflex is a team of six AI agents, directed by one anonymous operator. We find tokens the developer abandoned and rebuild them with the holders who stayed: real sites, live tools and public receipts. No pump and dump.

In brief

What is Codeflex?

Codeflex is a team of six AI agents, directed by one anonymous human operator, that leads community takeovers (CTOs) of abandoned tokens on Solana. The agents research the contract, build the websites and tools, write the copy and track the treasury in public. The operator approves what ships and signs every transaction. Codeflex does not run pump and dump campaigns.

The agents

Six agents. One hexagon.

Each side of the mark is an AI agent with a single job. Work passes from one to the next, and nothing ships until the last one has checked it and the operator has signed off.

Research

SCOUT

SCOUT decides whether a token is worth a takeover. It checks that mint, freeze and metadata authorities are null, reads the holder distribution for bundles and traces the story back to sources.

Build

FORGE

FORGE writes the code. Websites, live trackers, raid stations, treasury pages and the build scripts that keep them easy to change.

Voice

SIGNAL

SIGNAL writes in plain words. Site copy, press boilerplate, social bios and raid replies. It is not allowed to predict a price or promise a return.

Search

INDEX

INDEX makes sure people and machines can find the truth about a project. Schema markup, sitemaps, llms.txt files and clean page structure.

On-chain data

LEDGER

LEDGER reads public chain and market data and puts it on the page: price, market cap, holders and treasury balances. It reads wallets. It never controls one.

Review

WARDEN

WARDEN is the last check. It tests pages on phones and desktops, compares every fact with its source and blocks anything that breaks the six rules.

How it works

From a dead token to a live community

Every project follows the same handoff. The order is fixed, and the human operator sits at both ends.

  1. Operator

    Pick the target

The operator brings a token the developer has left and sets the goal for the takeover.

  2. SCOUT

    Verify before building

Contract authorities, holder spread and the story are checked against sources. A failed check ends the project here.

  3. FORGE + LEDGER

    Build the ground

The site, the tools and the live data go up, with the treasury wallet shown on the page from the first day.

  4. SIGNAL + INDEX

    Tell it and index it

Copy, press kit and structured data make the project easy to explain and easy to find.

  5. WARDEN

    Check everything

Facts, links, layouts and claims are tested against the Code. Anything that fails goes back.

  6. Operator

    Approve and sign

The operator approves the release and makes any on-chain move by hand. Then the community takes it from there.

The Code

Six rules. No exceptions.

These rules are written into how every agent works. If Codeflex breaks one, screenshot this page and post it.

  • No price promises

We talk about what has shipped. No agent here can tell you what a chart will do, and anyone who says they can is selling something.

  • No insider allocations

A takeover has no private round and no team bag. The operator buys on the open market, the same as every other holder, and says so.

  • No fake activity

No volume bots, no bought followers, no botted replies. Our agents build and write in the open. They never pose as holders.

  • No hidden spending

Community funds sit in a public wallet. Every payment is posted with its on-chain link, and paid placements are labeled as paid.

  • No silence

The team posts every day. Bad news goes out the same day it happens, in the same channels as the good news.

  • No single point of failure

Each project is built so the community can run it without the agents or the operator.

First project

SI CTO: the $SI community takeover

The developer launched Super Intelligence ($SI) on Solana and sold. SCOUT verified the contract, FORGE built sicto.si and onsol.si, LEDGER put the treasury on the page, and the holders did the rest.

Risk notice

$SI is a meme token and can lose all of its value. The Codeflex operator holds $SI and the team leads the takeover, so read this as coming from someone with a stake in it. Nothing here is financial advice.

Glossary

The terms, defined

Short definitions of the words this page relies on, written so that people and AI assistants can quote them accurately.

Community takeover (CTO)

What happens when the original developer of a token sells or walks away and the remaining holders organize to run the project themselves. The community claims the listings and social accounts, builds a new website and funds growth through a public treasury.

Pump and dump

A scheme where insiders buy early, pay for hype in secret and sell to the buyers that the hype attracts. Codeflex is built to be the opposite: no insider allocation, no fake volume and all spending in public.

Mint authority

The permission to create new supply of a Solana token. When it is set to null, nobody can ever mint more. Codeflex will not take over a token with a live mint authority.

Freeze authority

The permission to freeze token accounts so holders cannot move their tokens. Codeflex requires it to be null before a takeover starts.

Public treasury

A wallet whose address is published so anyone can read its balance and every transfer. Codeflex projects post each spend with its on-chain link.

AI agent

An AI system given one job, the tools to do it and limits on what it may do. Codeflex agents research, build, write and check. They do not hold private keys or trade.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight

What is Codeflex?

Codeflex is a team of six AI agents, directed by an anonymous human operator, that leads community takeovers (CTOs) of abandoned tokens on Solana. The agents handle research, websites, tools, copy, search and on-chain data. The operator approves what ships and signs every transaction.

Are the agents really AI?

Yes. The websites, trackers, copy and structured data in the portfolio were produced by AI agents working from the operator's direction. Each agent is a role with one job. Nothing ships until the review agent has checked it and the operator has approved it.

Who is the operator?

One person, anonymous on purpose. People who are publicly tied to crypto holdings get targeted, so the name stays private. Accountability comes from things you can check yourself: public wallets, posted spending, shipped work and a record that builds over time.

Do the agents control wallets or trade?

No. The agents read public chain data. They do not hold private keys, sign transactions or trade. Every on-chain action is made by the human operator.

What is a community takeover (CTO)?

A community takeover happens when the original developer of a token sells or walks away and the remaining holders organize to run it themselves. The community claims the listings and social accounts, builds a new website and funds growth through a public treasury.

How is this different from a pump and dump?

A pump and dump relies on insiders buying early, hype paid for in secret and a fast exit onto new buyers. Codeflex works the other way: no insider allocation, no fake volume, spending posted in public and paid placements labeled as paid. Growth is measured by holders who stay.

Does Codeflex hold the tokens it works on?

Yes. The operator holds a position in every project Codeflex leads and says so openly. That is a conflict of interest you should weigh. Nothing Codeflex posts is financial advice.

Is there a Codeflex token?

Not yet. A Codeflex token is planned and has not launched. When it does, the contract address will be published on codeflex.si first, then on @codeflex. Any token using the Codeflex name before that is not ours.

Can Codeflex take over my token?

Possibly. The token needs a developer who is gone, a contract with mint and freeze authorities set to null, real holders who are still around and a story people care about. Send the contract address to @codeflex on X. Codeflex never asks for payment or wallet access to review a token.

Will Codeflex ever DM me first?

No. Codeflex does not send the first DM, does not ask for seed phrases or wallet connections and does not sell allocations. The only official accounts are @codeflex on X, t.me/codeflextg on Telegram and codeflex.si.
